David is the area manager for David Doyle, with a special focus on the Boxmoor office, where he manages the office and undertakes most of the valuations personally. His legal background and conveyancing knowledge bring an added dimension to his valuation expertise, coupled with a warm, approachable style that inspires confidence. David has played a key role in building the agency’s reputation for service and results, and is as enthusiastic and passionate today about the business as he’s ever been.

Steve Riches

Adam’s extensive experience means he can slot into any role. Day to day he handles most of the offers, where his great interpersonal skills makes him ideally suited to negotiations that satisfy both the vendor and the buyer. Adam is always looking for innovative ways to market properties and the team relies on his IT know-how to keep the business at the cutting edge of technology.

Steven King

Steven prides himself on being able to turn his hand to virtually any role in estate agency. He really enjoys the interaction with people who are selling a home, especially sorting out any problems that may arise and dealing with offers from potential buyers. Steven also handles a number of valuations and his naturally helpful nature means he always steps up to ensure clients receive the best possible service.

Andrew Linskey

Andrew carries out many property valuations for both residential sides and lettings. He works very hard to give every vendor the best possible service. A superb photographer, he enjoys building a good rapport with his clients. Andrew has lived in and around Boxmoor all his life and loves the fast-paced atmosphere of a busy estate agency.

Aedine Drew

Aedine works very hard finding the right property for prospective purchasers and looking after and giving a good service. With 15 years’ experience in the business, Aedine has been a fabulous addition to the team – her cheerful and professional attitude is a real asset to the office.

Deborah McMorran

Handling all aspects of Marketing, PR and Social Media for the successful Boxmoor office, Deborah is responsible for writing all press releases, blogs, online presence, and print publications. Her many years of experience writing for various newspapers and online journalism outlets, coupled with over ten years’ agency experience; give her the relevant knowledge base and skill set to handle all aspects of the marketing involved in running a thriving estate agency.

Charles Stoten

Charles has worked in the property industry since 2005 and brings his extensive lettings experience from our property management department Rushbrook & Rathbone. Landlords warm to Charles’ unyielding and acknowledged approach to lettings.

Charles also handles the busy sales progression department; as soon as the offer is accepted, right through to exchange of contracts. On hand to help with any problems which may arise during the progression of a sale, he enjoys solving problems for both sellers, and buyers.

Tom Harris

Annie is an integral part of the team here at David Doyle. She is mainly office based, and handles our viewing diary management, bookings, and client liaison. Her helpful approach is invaluable when trying to accommodate last minute viewing bookings! Annie lives locally, and has a wealth of knowledge about the area.

Lorraine McMenamin
