Location, location, location – an old but never truer adage. Marbella and its environs offer the best climate in mainland Europe. It can be reached by car, high speed train and, of course, air. 2½ hours from the UK from the vast majority of airports throughout the UK offering daily flights. Marbella is a 365 day a year resort, unlike other areas of France or Spain, such as the Costa Blanca, it does not shut down in the winter.

With 25 years of experience of buying property in and around Marbella, the area of Elviria, 10 minutes drive to the East of Marbella, is the location that we particularly recommend and indeed own property ourselves. It is established and self contained with its own restaurants, supermarkets, town hall, church and is a community within itself. It also has some of the best beaches on the cost and numerous facilities just minutes away such as fantastic Golf Courses, Tennis, Horse Riding etc. and unspoilt countryside, yet, still only 30 minutes by car from Malaga’s new airport.
