David Doyle are independent Estate Agents who are specialists in dealing with properties in Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring and surrounding villages.

Anthony David Doyle FNAEA opened the Berkhamsted office in 1981, having worked as an Estate Agent for the previous five years. The Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead office was opened in 1984 and relocated to 45 St Johns Road, Boxmoor in 2000.

The firm is fortunate to have an extremely experienced team at all offices, many of whom have been with the company for over ten years, providing stability and continuity for both vendors and purchasers.

All the offices offer a modern comfortable atmosphere complemented by friendly, helpful and attentive staff augmented by the best that up-to-date technology can provide.

Over the years we have had the privilege of handling the sales of a considerable number of homes from flats to substantial family homes, both modern and period, ranging from the Victorian and Edwardian elegance epitomised by parts of Boxmoor, Berkhamsted and Tring, to the many delightful period properties that can be found in the surrounding countryside and villages.

With our dedicated Estate Agency software package we are able to quickly match people and properties ensuring that maximum coverage is given to vendors’ properties and enabling potential purchasers to see properties in the comfort of their own home.

Although technology is available for virtual tours of properties, we feel that, from a security point of view, your home could be at risk. Sometimes less is more and we feel the virtual tour does not always do properties full justice. Where appropriate, all our properties are displayed with static internal and external photography to maximise the individual selling point.

Increasingly, as people find e-mail more convenient to use, we are able to advise prospective purchasers by e-mail of properties coming onto the market.

In addition, as text messaging is gaining in popularity, we use text messaging which initially alerts prospective buyers of new instructions and creates a sense of urgency for viewing.
